White Sox Cut Outfielder

Yesterday, Podsednik, the Chicago White Sox Outfielder was cut by the team. Scott Podsednik, 31 years old, never regained the form he showed two years ago, when the player batted .290 and stole fifty-nine bases. Podsednik hit 2 home runs during the playoffs, including a game-ending drive in game 2 of the WS against the Houston Astros. Scott Podsednik was slowed by injuries suffered and batted .243 last season.
