Minnesota Twins register their tenth straight win

The Minnesota Twins are having a good run in the 2008 Major League Baseball season as they stretched their no loss claim for the tenth successive time by beating the Milwaukee Brewers 7-6 last Friday night. It was Joe Mauer’s home run in the eighth inning that sealed the victory for the Twins in a close encounter. The Minneapolis crowd greeted their team with rapturous applause and the enthusiasm in the home crowd was transferred into the game of the Twins players. The Minnesota Twins have gone one up in the three game series against the Brewers and are hoping to seal the series in the next game. There is no doubt that every ticket will be sold out for the second game of the series.
